Default +15 damage -10 armor attacking

Can any expert warrior explain for me why these warrior weapons are kind of expensive?
Are these weapons useful for PvP or PvE?

thanks in advance

-10 armor attacking, to me, is WORTHLESS, tell you truth, i rather have a weapon with no damage bonus at all if there is gonna be a -10 armor penalty, you need armor most when you are attacking, imo, and this wouldn do so well pve or soloing anything, but then again some other people might have other views on -10 attacking, i just know, no way im stepping towards that, -5 energy is bad enough, i realy dont like 15% always weapons, the penalties suck imo

15% while in stance
and 15^50

I guess +15% -10 while attacking would be good in PvP, where warriors generally aren't a target. I'm not an expert on PvP though, so I couldn't say.

i hoh with a warrior most of the time i hoh, i wouldnt make the -10 armor my weapon of choice, but against something like while hexed or something like that, i would use it, but i would massivly prefer 15 ^50 or while in a stance any day of the week...

This damage modifier is generally more useful on rangers.

As far as PvE is concerned, a ranger will be well out of combat so -10 AL is no big dea.

I'm a r7 player that mostly plays warrior in PvP, and I know this mod is terrible. The only players that i expect would buy it would be unexperienced or unintelligent PvE players.

I was confused about the mod as I asked about the warrior weapons
I think Sparhawk JC was referring to the mods for ranger weapons
